Employee Satisfaction, Talent Management Practices and Sustainable Competitive Advantage in the Northern Cyprus Hotel Industry

In this study, we have examined talent management practices’ impact on achieving sustainable competitive advantage in five-star hotels located the TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) as well mediating effect employee satisfaction. After questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability, used bootstrapping, Mplus SPSS to conduct an analysis using data from 368 employees 14 North Cyprus. The study’s hypotheses were verified through SEM (structural equation modelling). Our results revealed that development practices had no hotels’ SCA, whereas (identify, engage, manage performance retain) a significant beneficial influence SCA. Although most hotels, are responsibility human resource management. measured constructs specifically responses. findings study provide benefits numerous stakeholders, including hotel hospitality service industries government. Results can be guideline building more appealing workplaces inform how encourage committed business. To acquire better grasp organisational limits policies, it is crucial further examine perspectives employers who may include owners or top managers. Furthermore, future research expand sample three- four-star well.
